What Does It Mean to be Employee-Owned?
Our employees own 100% of the company's stock through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP provides additional benefit to our employees by enhancing the company's established retirement savings plan. Instead of paying corporate taxes, the tax liability is put back in to the company, which strengthens its ability to serve customers. Employee-owned companies are less likely to be acquired, which creates an environment focused on long-term relationships for employees and customers.

These are the faces of Off Road. We have grown from merely three to nearly thirty employees since opening our doors in 1996. Our culture is strong, and we value employee commitment. We are proud to say that nearly half of our staff has been with us for over a decade with some surpassing 20 years on our team! Our highly-qualified team is ready to serve you with our combined 200+ years of experience working with Caterpillar® parts.
